With wild visions running through her imagination, unstoppable passion in her heart and resilience to change the event industry. A wave began to form 17 years ago that would impact many different industries. Technically, the passion began well before VINKA Founder, Andrea Dekker, began planning events. As a child, Andrea had an imagination that could bring stories & creativity to life right before her eyes. Andrea has used that superpower to leverage her unique skills throughout her events career to birth a new wave formation.
VINKA was founded in August of 2021 with a goal to continue producing events to support the mission of the warfighter and a magnitude of different types of corporate events. We focus on creating unique solutions that leverage your brand goals, integrate business development solutions, captivate your audience through strategic event marketing and create memorable global live and virtual event experiences for your attendees.
Prior to founding VINKA, Andrea worked for Apple, Inc., tech start-ups, tourism boards, and luxury brands in NYC, NY before moving to Virginia Beach, VA and working with ADS, Inc.
